12+ years governing that handoff — AI portfolio transformation, go-to-market strategy, and change leadership for Fortune 100 hardware, AI, and SaaS organizations. Most recently at HP, Inc.
I've been a fixer since I was a kid — the one always tinkering with how something worked, or why it didn't, and figuring out a better way to do it. That instinct never really left. I build systems for everything, not just at work — how my week is planned, how my kitchen runs, how a weekend actually gets restful instead of chaotic. I like the puzzle of taking something messy and making it make sense.
But the part of this work I care about most is the people in it. A good framework only matters if it actually makes someone's job easier, unsticks a team, or makes room for a hard conversation to go well. I lead with empathy first and structure second — the best transformations happen when people feel like partners in the plan, not subjects of it.

Capabilities
Beyond the core role
Alongside portfolio and program work, sustained leadership in internal culture and equity initiatives over several years.
Co-run a small property company outside of my day job. Started as an Airbnb Superhost, personally designing and furnishing two short-term rental properties. Now manage four properties total, including two long-term rentals — one of which was a full renovation flip. That flip was the real learning curve: unreliable contractors, real money lost, and a timeline I was managing alongside a 6-month-old at home. It didn't go the way I planned, and that's exactly why it stuck with me — a good lesson in vendor management and risk I didn't expect to need outside of work.
